**ADOPTED** INDIA – stunning Dobermann cross

India is the most beautiful Dobermann cross (possibly Rottie or Labrador), she is slightly more chunky than a full Dobie. She is around 3 years old, and came into our care as a stray. India has been a delight to care for – she has a wonderful nature and is very well behaved. She has been lovely and friendly with everyone she has met, including children. We would be happy to rehome her with children over 10. She could also live with another larger breed male dog, but no cats! She doesn’t seem well socialized around livestock/horses, and does show lots of interest in them when out, so must be carefully managed around them in her new home. India is housetrained and non destructive in her kennel. She has had some training in her past, and knows a few commands such as sit and gives both her paws. India is a big girl, so can be strong and will need a home with experience of large breeds because of this. She is strong on the lead to begin with, but is pent up with being in kennels and not getting the level of exercise she would need. She tolerates a head collar very well, and walks much better on a headcollar than just a normal collar/harness. She can be a little vocal in the car (whiney) but we are sure she will settle down with this. She really is the most special dog, and deserves a 5* home.
